Police were alerted of gunshots around 2:30 p.m. along the 400 block of E. Waggoner St. Upon arrival, Decatur police found the 21 year old with multiple gunshot wounds that would turn to be fatal as he was being transported to Carle Hospital.
Eye witness reports allowed the police to take in a suspect who is expected to be charged today. This story is still being updated.
