As part of the Decatur Mural Project, the Art Council is taking proposals from artists throughout the area with the winning artist getting the opportunity to paint their picture on the side of the Central Illinois Title Company building downtown.

Johnson says he hopes that once the first project gets underway during the spring; they will eventually begin painting on multiple buildings throughout the community.
