SPRINGFIELD-- The Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) is proud to announce Mike McElroy has been endorsed by ACTIVATOR, IFB’s political involvement fund which seeks to help elect pro-farm candidates no matter party affiliation or office.
The local ACTIVATOR Trustees in the 48th State Senate District endorsed McElroy because he supports key issues impacting agriculture and possesses the skills, knowledge and strong voice needed to serve the people of the 48th State Senate District.
Mike McElroy also has strong ideas on how to improve Illinois' economic climate. McElroy will fight to improve Illinois' economy by supporting legislation and regulations that will help businesses, farmers, employers, and others looking to invest, grow and be successful in Illinois. Restoring fiscal responsibility and promoting high quality education for youth will also rank high on Mcelroy’s list of issues to tackle.
