Macon County Health Department offering extended walk-in clinic hours

As the weather turns to fall it is right in the thick of flu season, to combat the overcrowding of health clinics, and to make them more accessible to people with 9 to 5 working hours the Macon county Health dept. will be offering extended walk-in hours at community clinics.  Flu vaccinations are offered to both adults and children.  Annie Haubner (Hobner), with the Health Department says if you can’t make it to any of the hours you should still call and set up an appointment…

Walk-in hours will be available to adults Monday- Thursday 1-3:30 p.m. and to children on Wednesdays from 1 to 3:30 p.m.  All types of flu shots are available, for more information go to maconcountyhealth.org
