NORMAL - More details are being released painting a picture of the classroom struggle between a teacher and the student carrying three guns during the Normal Community High School attempted shooting.
The 14-year old freshman attempting to hold his health class hostage September 7th was wrestled down by his teacher. Normal Police say at least one shot was fired during the fight for the gun the student was holding at the time.
No one was injured, and the student is due in court October 1st.
