Demarta Cunningham, the accused murderer of his cousin Freedom and wife Central Cunningham, is being placed at the scene of the crime. 

A witness says Cunningham was at the house the night of the shooting and adds that he admitted to killing his cousin and cousin’s wife about a month after the incident.  Cunningham is pleading not guilty to 10 charges, including the July gas station beating and witness harassment to which he is connected. 

Demarta Cunningham is due for pretrial hearings in November and will spend the coming three months in the Macon County Jail on over $10 million bond.
