The Red Cross Mid Illinois chapter says a Decatur family is ok after a fire destroyed their home on Wednesday.  The fire sparked early Wednesday morning in the 1000 block of West Cerro Gordo Street.  The Decatur Fire Department believes the fire started in the kitchen of the 5-bedroom rental house, where authorities say an overused wall outlet is the likely cause. At least 7 people were in the home at the time of the fire; no one was injured.
