The Boil order in place for all Mount Zion water users is expected to carry at least until tomorrow afternoon.  The order has been in effect since Friday and was caused by a ruptured water main.  Boil order restrictions aren’t limited to at-home use, as the Macon County Health Department wants to remind anyone who owns and operates a business that serves food, that they must follow the guidelines put in place by the Illinois Department of Public Health.  For a complete list of guidelines and safety tips go to maconcountyhealth.org
