Chris Harris, the man accused of killing 5 members of the Gee family out of Beason, Illinois is claiming he killed one member out of self defense.  Harris’ lawyer, Daniel Fultz has filed a motion claiming that Harris was justified in using self defense to kill 14 year old Dillen Constant, after breaking into his family’s home.  The crime, committed almost three years ago currently has both Chris and his brother Jason Harris facing 71 criminal charges.  Fultz has refused to comment any further on the motion.  This story will be updated as more information is released.
