Decatur emergency Funds Receives Grant



The City of Decatur’s Emergency Program has received funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in order to help area residents repair their homes.  Richelle Irons with the Department of neighborhood services says in order to receive the funding; people must meet a number of qualifications…



The limit is $5,000 per project and you must be able to provide proof that you attempted to get the equipment fixed before contacting the city.  You can apply for assistance by calling or visiting the Decatur Civic Center.
