An illegal immigrant is being held without bond after hitting a Decatur Police patrol car while drunk.  21-year old Sergio Obil was driving on W. Grand Street late Tuesday when he struck the patrol car. 

Obil blew a 0.124 and told the officer he had no driver’s license and had been living illegally in the country for three years.  He’s being held in the Macon County Jail on federal inquest with a pretrial hearing scheduled for September.
