You couldn’t tell by the weather, but summer is in fact winding down.  The Decatur Park District, along with the youth band and Park Singers all decided to send summer out in style in Fairview Park, hosting a free concert and of course, the 76^th annual lantern parade.  Mary Jane Hayes, with the Park District says this annual event is a nice way to say goodbye to summer…



In addition to the free concert and parade, the mobile Scovill Zoo made an appearance as did a clown and magician.
