Decatur Police are charging a 20-year old Decatur man with rape of a 12-year old girl.  According to authorities, the girl was the man’s neighbor, and he walked into her unlock home early Thursday because (quote) “he wanted to have sex and she was easy prey.” The man is being held in the Macon County Jail on $25,000 bond on predatory criminal assault.
