Restaurants and retail businesses alike are one step closer to being able to utilize the new outdoor spaces provided to them by the new downtown streetscape. In order to make up for all the outdoor usage time each business missed out on this summer the city has agreed to cut permit prices in half for all businesses for the remainder of the 2012 outdoor season.
