Gov. Quinn is calling on members of the House and the Senate to be in Springfield August 17th for a special meeting in order to address pension reform. Quinn says pension reform would send a good message to the state… especially if it can be accomplished in one day…
State representatives will already be in Springfield that day discussing whether or not to expel indicted State Rep. Derrick Smith.
