The alleged shooter in the April murder of Freedom and Central Cunningham is being arraigned on 8 felony charges. 28-year old Demarta Cunningham, Freedom’s cousin, is charged with 6 counts of first-degree murder to go with one count of robbery and one count of mob action for his role in the July 16th beating of a 21-year old man. Demarta Cunningham is being held on $10 million bond and is set to appear again July 30th.
