A Decatur man is heading to prison after being sentenced in a December drunk driving incident that killed a Bloomington man.
31-year old Brayone Murff pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI and is set to serve 8 years in prison. Murff struck another vehicle but a passenger in his car, 31-year old Tony Buck, died in the crash. McLean County law enforcement says Murff was high on marijuana during the incident.
He must serve at least 85 percent of his 8-year term.
