The Macon County Sheriff’s office has decided to change the suspension specifications for Deputy Brian Duff after he was charged late last week with reckless operation of a motor vehicle. On June 29th Duffy hit 55 year old Tom Lennox causing Lennox to undergo surgery to amputate the bottom half of both legs. Duff previously was on paid leave but today Sheriff Tom Schneider changed that suspension to unpaid.
