Bond has been set at $5,000 for Brian Duff, the Macon County Sheriff Deputy that hit a man with his squad car late last month.  Duff has been charged with aggravated reckless driving after hitting 55 year old Tom Lennox and pinning him between the squad car and his own vehicle.  Lennox is currently at Carle Hospital in Urbana and is in good condition, but he did have to undergo surgery to amputate the lower parts of both of his legs.  Duff’s bail has been posted.
