As the scandal surrounding Penn State continues to grow larger many colleges around the nation have put their own plans in order to ensure that a similar situation will never happen again.  Millikin University AD Craig White says while they haven’t put any official mandates into the rule book he will focus on developing proper leadership and responsibility amongst his staff…



Illinois has recently passed a “Penn State Law” that requires a long list of people, including school officials to immediately report any suspected abuse to the proper authorities.  If they fail to do so they will be subject to fines.
