Many living in the Mt. Zion area will rejoice today knowing that both bridges on Baltimore Road have been completed.  The Finley Creek Bridge reopened today for the first time since October 14th.  This means that both bridges on Baltimore Avenue will now be open for traffic as Fisherman's Bridge has been open since July 6th.  Residents in the area have had to endure detours for 9 months while the construction was underway.  The projects came to an end a month ahead of schedule.
