Springfield Woman Embezzled Over $400,000 During 13 Year Run



A Springfield woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of embezzling over $400,000 dollars from her employer over a 13 year period.  Alice Foss was the chief financial officer for Don Moss and Associates, a company that specializes in services for people with disabilities.  According to the indictment, Foss used her position as chief financial officer to write bonus checks for herself and also used the company credit card for personal expenses.  She is set to face arraignment on July 31st and faces 6 counts of fraud which carry fines up to $250,000 and 20 years in prison.
