Governor Pat Quinn says he is very pleased with the Supreme Court’s ruling on the President’s health care plan and says he will do everything he can to fully implement the mandate in Illinois…



The ruling states that young adults without insurance can stay on their parents plan until they are 26 years old.  The law passed through the Supreme Court by a 5 to 4 margin.
