Suspect in 2011 Murder Sentenced to 14 Years in Prison

Almost a year after the crime was committed one of the suspects in the shooting death of Christopher Kraft has been sentenced to prison.  23 year old Eugene Miller pleaded guilty to second degree murder and received 14 years.  Under the terms of his plea agreement Miller avoided 3 counts of first degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm.  Without the plea Miller was facing 75 years in prison.  The other two defendants are still awaiting trial for their roles in the case.
