High school Students Set To Face tougher Math Curriculum
Future middle school and high school students have tougher math curriculums to look forward to. Gov. Quinn signed 4 new bills into laws yesterday all aimed at improving education in Illinois. The one that will directly affect students on a day to day basis will help to ensure that students are graduating high school with the proper education to remain competitive with their peers. Ltn. Simon says she is trying to fix the trend of college students not being properly prepared for life after high school in both reading and math. The new law will go into effect on January 1st.
