Millikin University President Hal Jeffcoat will be honored by USA Table Tennis during the Table Tennis U.S. Open on July 4^th.  Jeffcoat is being honored for his commitment to the development of Table Tennis in the United States.  While Jeffcoat was with Texas Wesleyan University he helped establish a table tennis program that has gone on to produce several national champions.  He was also vital to helping table tennis become an Olympic sport as a member of the USA Table Tennis Board of Directors.  The Table Tennis U.S. Open will be held in Grand Rapids Michigan from June 30^th through July 4^th.
