Tate & Lyle Players Championship and United Way present ProShot Challenge sponsored by Herald & Review, J.L. Hubbard Insurance & Bonds, McLeod Trucking, Miles Chevrolet, Neuhoff Media, Refreshment Services Pepsi, Romano Companies, Skeff Distributing and WAND TV to be held on October 13, 2012 in Downtown Decatur.
From 4 to 6 pm local golf pros and celebrity pros will challenge a Symetra player to a closest to the pin contest. All six will chip balls from the tallest roof in Downtown Decatur to a target located in the grass in the park at the 300 block of N. Water Street.
Pre-purchase one of 120 numbered golf balls for $100.00 for a chance to win a Grand Prize of seven days in Hilton Head, SC for six people including tickets to the Heritage Golf Tournament hosted by Jim Kimmons. First Prize is a micro outing for twelve at The National at Eagle Creek with greens fees, carts, tips and tricks from the pro and a cookout for your guests. Second Prize is the Tate & Lyle Players Championship Experience including a ProAm team, Pavilion tickets and ParTee tickets.
Join us Saturday, October 13th to witness the craziest stunt in Decatur. Food and beverages will be available for purchase courtesy of Beach House Restaurant. An awards ceremony will immediately follow where the winning pro will be crowned ProShot Champion and prizes will be awarded to the purchasers of the three closest balls. Then stay for a street party with live entertainment.
