Illinois Speaker of the House Mike Madigan says legislators plan to meet within the next month to discuss many of the pension issues plaguing Illinois.  Not up for discussion though, is the issue of teacher pensions.  State Senator Kyle McCarter says in order to begin finding a solution, it is vital that all the issues get discussed…



He also says that the pension discussions need to take a drastic turn because the plans offered so far are only a temporary fix and he thinks that in a couple of years we will be right back at the discussion table.
