The Decatur Police Department is looking forward to purchasing their new crime scene investigation vehicle.  Deputy Chief Dave Dickerson says the vehicle will be like something they have never had access to before and will make crime scene investigation much more efficient…



Due to its unique build the van will not be delivered to Decatur for another 5 to 6 months.  The funds were gathered for this purchase mainly through money collected through various drug busts and other crimes solved.
